For Product Purchases:

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable for:
    • Damaged or defective books/literature (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)
    • Incorrect orders shipped by us

For Event Registrations:

  • No refund or cancellation allowed once registered.
  • In case of event cancellation from our side, full refunds will be processed.

Refund Timelines:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
